Shipping Policy
Packages containing Praying Mantis will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm all other live animals will be posted Tracked 24

Postage of live animals will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday
​
The shipping of live animals will be influenced by weather conditions, especially concerning outside temperatures. In instances of extreme cold or heat, the shipping of live animals will be postponed until conditions improve. Additionally, heat packs will be used when necessary.
Return and Exchange Policy
Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence via email or facebook messenger for items to be replaced ASAP.

We take every care to provide healthy live invertebrates but have no control over their wellbeing once they have been passed onto the postal service.
​
DOA invertebrates will be replaced after proof of DOA is given without question as will any other damaged products. If the invertebrate(s)/ product(s) are no longer available return of funds or an alternative invertebrate/product will be offered.
